Idaho Average Energy Use
– Learn which appliances have the biggest impact on your monthly electricity bill so you can plan how to save around your home.

– This option can save you money if you can move a substantial portion of your electricity use to off-peak hours (nights and
weekends).
Weatherization Services – Rocky Mountain Power partners with nonprofit agencies to provide energy efficiency services at no cost to income eligible
households. In the Idaho Falls area, contact the Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership at (208) 523-5466. In the Pocatello
area, contact the SouthEastern Idaho Community Action Agency at (208) 237-0991.
Low-Interest Loans – The Idaho Office of Energy Resources offers five-year, 4 percent loans for insulation, space heating system upgrades and
electric water heater upgrades.
